These booties are amazing. I've often found that booties with a less than 2" heel can look really bad with pants or shorts but that's not the case with these at all. They look fantastic with skinny jeans, jeggings, shorts, and skirts. I'm not sure if they would look great with bootleg or flared pants, as the main feature of these booties is the fringe and those type of pants would hide that feature.The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that there is literally no grip on the sole of the shoe. Beware walking on ice in these booties. Also, the top portion of the bootie left blisters on my inner ankles after wearing them for a day (probably an indication of how I walk, honestly haha) but nothing that putting some band-aids on didn't fix. Overall, I would recommend these booties!
